All Species are trampled under the Heel of the Empire, as such the town is Multi-racial, though most there are not there due to choice, rather having served their Sentence and were not given the means to return home. The main population of the town however is the Human Imperials that make up the Imperial Military.

Dirt roads for the outdated Clone Turbo Tanks turned into Prison Transports, once perhaps these were paved but have since been buried by years of muddy tires and mudslides. Everyone else has to rely on their own speeders or, by simply walking.

For the officers and wealthy, Mansions are typical of the Coruscant style, though with most windows replaced by screens showing a more pleasant location and balconies are closed off. For the rank and file Imperials bleak box apartments little the city, all prefabricated and deteriorating with most cases less than half occupancy and no groundskeepers. Often if someone dies inside, it'll be weeks before its found and rather than cleaning out the apartment it's simply closed off. For the poor, slums of the dark rock sprawl around the city, especially around the Imperial Welfare Center, itself nothing more than a permanently grounded Imperial Medical cruiser. (*Note, the welfare center gives a limited amount of food out per day, those closest to it have the ability to get in line first and a greater chance of receiving it, so the slums around it are often in the worst condition as locals fight each other and even kill each other for the closest spots. The Imperials often gain an enjoyment of watching the pathetic display and sometimes will open fire on it to help it escalate.)
