Commander OOM-9 (a.k.a. Nine)
OOM-9 “Nine” a CIS OOM droid that leads “The Resistance” on Raxus from Jewl-Di-Ah, Nine determined the shut down order for the Droids was a scam and refused to shut down. He and his droids have been operating since the end of the Clone wars. Like most of the droid resistance fighters he has over the years has developed quirks in her programming.
