Queen's Peace
The Queen's Peace is the supernatural order maintained beneath the Bawn of the Queen, which prevents strife within the Queendom of Moray. It supresses the urge to do wrong, and also ensures that all subjects of the Queen know and are satisfied with their place.
Those who resist the Queen's Peace are outlaws, and often become either criminals or adventurers. They do not necessarily reject the order and laws of the Queendom, but they do have the capacity to question them.
