Bonded Subjects
Bonded Subjects may only own personal property, are limited in the amount of coin they can keep, and are not allowed to travel without a writ from their bond-holder - the owner of the land they live on - which can be either a writ of absence, permitting temporary travel, or a writ of transfer, breaking their old bond and attaching them instead to the land of a new bond-holder. Bonded subjects who travel without writ are deemed outlaws and vagrants.
