Freid

Ancient Lands

Also known as the Scarred Lands and the Palm, Freid is the north-easternmost located continent of Gai'ia. It is said to have been created by Second of Five Sha'ra, as she laid her hand into the oceans and gently brought land into existence. As the first and oldest of the continents, it is riddled with ancient ruins and mysteries, making it a hotspot for adventurers of all kinds. It is also the most diverse of all continents, featuring everything from vast deserts of red sand to green forests and icy tundras.   In the Coral Mountains, stretching across the landscape from the northwest to the southeast, fey make their home. Humans decorate vast plains, laying out fields and trading with wandering spriggans. Deep in the Vast Green, vaettir carve homes out of great trees. It is a land as diverse as it is lost to time.
