River Trade routes

River trade is an important aspect of Gands economy and trade eco system and is relied on by a large number of people, particularly in rural areas. Although the Elven Network Trade Route exists it is largely inaccessible to most people due to the heavy restrictions sorrounding it and the lack of appropriate vehicles to run along the tracks.   Instead kith citizens have taken to the orcish practice of using the rivers and streams as a mode of transport. Most rivers run north to south along Gand, Orcs trationally have used small boats that are light in weight and can be carried easily onto land and between rivers, many orc craftsmen today specialise in making and selling various boats. Some people also use Skippers as these water vessels are good at going both up and down streams.       People often use river trade as a place to meet others and partake in unregulated trade practices such as unregistered trade, of the trade o items that are taxed coming into the major cities as per the Trade Systems and etiquette.. Some areas have even set up floating markets in which appear at regular intervals in which merchants and customers trade their wares.
