Murklin Goblins
The murklin goblins are a mysterious culture of goblin who are not native to the kingdom. Murklins are so rare that few people have even heard of them, let alone met one and very few allusions to them exist in written recordings or artistic depictions. Unlike the Trow who have a known origin, and vehicles that allowed them to cross the seas, no one is quite sure how Murklins have started appearing in Gand as no Kitham or Orcs have reported seeing them beyond recent times. Some theories include a magic portal, spy infiltration, or that Trow are becoming Murklins through magic.
Not a lot is known about Murklins, but it's likely that they are not bound to specific geographic region. They do seek out mountainous regions likely because their physiology is best suited to living in caves. Murklins have large eyes which allow them to see in low-light conditions but have a short field of vision and little colour perception. They have dark grey-blue skin and long tails that aid them in balancing. They have long bat-like ears and pointed noses that give them incredible smell and hearing.
Unlike Trow, Murklins have a more diverse diet, they primarily eat raw meat and cave-dwelling insects. Murklins, unlike Trow are able to digest more cooked food including cooked meat. They also can eat a range of vegetation staples of moss and roots.
Batty is an example of a Murklin Gobin.
