The largest and most popular of these festivals takes place in Larmes, where members of the College of Existence give arcane performances, ceremonies, and host magical competitions to show off the vast knowledge and power of the college. It is an incredible spectacle dedicated purely to the arcane and the schools of magic. In more recent years, graduates of the College of Existence are celebrated on this day and are welcomed into the greater world as Master Arcanists. One student from each school of magic is selected every ten years as a protégé of one of the council members, and they give their own special performance in front of a massive crowd at the festival.

Champion of deception and magic, Blancha's followers are often deceptive in their ambitions, even as they preach peace and neutrality. They seek out arcane knowledge as a means of improving themselves and their stance within society.
Blancha is heavily worshiped in Larmes and the city was created with her symbol in mind. Feats of magic and arcane invention are done in her honor and to gain her respect.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
The Magick Mistress is often depiction as an ethereal elven woman with dark, curling black hair, pale white skin, and silver eyes. Most artwork depicts her in a toiling mass of chaos and energy, the eight-pointed star at her back. She never seems to move toward either the star or into the darkness at her feet, and is instead content to stand in the chaos.

Personal history
Little is known about the history of Blancha and her involvement with affairs before the Shattering. There are many disputes in religious circles about Blancha's alignment and where she fits into the Twelve Champions, especially since she is a known deciever and keeper of secrets. However, it is this ambiguity that draws a number of arcane users to her who seek to understand and unravel the secrets of the Champion, certain that it will bring them to a deeper understanding of the universe as a whole.
