The Fenati split their main history into three Eras:
"On Xuri" which is their history before being chased off world by the Zurosians.
"In Colonies" or "Colonial Era" (depending on who you ask) which is the history in between leaving Xuri and joining the Galactic Community.
"In Community" or "Galactic Era" (depending on who is asked) this is the current era, after the Fenati officially joined the Galactic Community

Currently the Fenati are in an era of their history referred to by most as the Galactic Era. It's unclear what measure they used to determine their date of officially joining the Galactic Community, as it was not the founding of the Representatives despite that being done by a Fenati named Kiiran.

Life, BirthKiiran, widely considered to be the founder of, and First Representative on, the Council of Representatives was born on this day on a Fenati colony world known as Artieo Lisat.
