Moa

Member of the group that defeated the Ringed Roses at the Trial of Ivaran. A slip of a woman with long, pointed ears and a feyish grace. Moa is later encountered at the Primrose Queen's Coronation Masquerade, having announced herself as Onoana and wearing the skull mask of the Red Hand. She teases players with potential answers, attempting to ascertain where they will be going next, but ultimately refuses to reveal anything useful, promising that they will find what they need regardless because knowledge is power. Moa is encountered once again deep within the goblin tunnels, alongside the real Onoana. In the ensuing battle, Moa uses powerful radiant magic with a crackling energy, but is knocked unconscious and captured. Upon inspection, Moa is found to have a tattoo that imbues her with the ability to cast Power Word Kill upon herself. With aid from Sir Kerria, they manage to extract some thoughts and memories from Moa, revealing their childhood being raised and trained by the Grays alongside Onoana and Kima. In her memories, she is referred to as a Dreamactor, and is told that while her connection with her fellow Dreamactors is valuable and powerful, her ultimate allegiance should be to the Dreamer. A rescue for Moa is attempted, but thwarted by swift action from the North Wind.
