River Side

Location

River Side region is the long region spaning form north to south along the Long River. Right across the river there is Desert-Side region of Main Å+*4~ that is just as long. On the west, this region borders on every other region of Desert - Cliff Side, Deep Desert, Nope and Death.

Climate

Climate here is the most frienly one out of all Desert regions. Being located right next to the river, this region is actually quite green, with some actual rain in rainy season. However, it is generally still very hot and dry and relies heavily on irrigation.

Nature

Desert is known for lack of plants and animals such as bug and lizards, and here too you can fing sand snakes and rockeaters, but you will also fint more plants and greenery.

Towns & People

Towns

Just like in most of Desert, most towns here are located underground, though you will find some above ground setttlements.

People

People here are pretty average as far as the people go. They are more reserved than the people of Main Å+*4~, but also aren't full on weirdos that you can find in other region deeper in Desert.

Resources

This is the only region that can support any kind of agriculture, and that's what the region is best known for. The irigated farmlands can produce quite a lot of food and resources for this part of the world. Some people here also keep cattle that can produce real milk - a rare and valuable kind of milk in out world. They make a lot of money by exporting it to Central District for a high price that only people there are willing to pay.
