This is one of the wealthier districts in this part of the world, possibly even the wealthiest one. Being right next to Haunted Forest, it attracts the people who are interested in spiritual and otherworldly things, which tend to be Satan’s priests, moth fairies, mediums and their families. These people also tend to be the richest ones, so there you go.

The families here are usually old and big, so called “old money”. This district has the best schools and richest culture - due to its proximity to Wasteland, it has the biggest and the best museum of history in the world. Not only that, but the ancient cultures of the ones that are now long gone are still very alive and present here. The theaters still play the plays of ancient people and libraries still hold the old books of ancient times. These and more are the rarities of ancient life that are now only accessible to these select groups of wealthy people.
