Demographics
A large population of orcs, and half-orcs live and work in this part of town, its almost a chinatown section of Dewpoint for the orc population, they have a very strong connected community that is regularly beaten down by the city guard and the gangs due to their psuedo-pacifism.
Industry & Trade
Onsen are very popular here due to ease of access to the natural springs. Where [Steam Cells are filled.
Infrastructure
Built on a lower section of the city, it is running right over many of the natural springs in the area, thus many onsen are built here to utilize the natural steam.

History
Originally deemed as an unusable section of the city, the local orc population were pushed into this district, they managed to capitalize on the available hot springs to bring in business.
