The Fighters Guild

The guild works as the towns hired guard and the countries army.
They will work for anyone who can hire them but will not kill anyone unless in danger them self's.
Members have different contracts depending on what their job will be, for example:

A group of adventurers can hire a few guildmembers as fighters on a quest, and depending on the danger supposed to await the guild could provide a proper contract.

When the Circle of Peace hired The Fighters Guild as guards for the city and soldiers all over the country, the guild made sure that fair contracts were written where the guards and soldiers would be placed to make sure that the members living there would be the first ones to get a contract.

The Guildmaster is Bram Stoutale also serves as a councilmember in the Circle of Peace and have made sure that all the members have personal elite guards.bb
This "elite" is called The Black Guard and run Festerkeep Holdings, a high security prison and keep.
