In the world of Spyre, the nation of Solace, a nation that resembles a much more modern late 2000s-early 2010s America due to their possession of arcano-tech. Arcano-tech harnesses elemental and arcane magic to power magical items, usually crystals, to function like the technology of today, and is an innovation found only within Solace.
The Campaign focuses on the town of Elmville, a typical, quaint American town, with everything a town needs, a diner, arcane powered cars, a hospital, a mall but most importantly: The Aguefort Adventuring Academy! One of the best Adventuring Academies Solace has to offer, a title credited to the principal:Arthur Aguefort. People from all over Solace send their children to the academy to give them a chance to become legendary adventurers, just like many people graduating from here before.
