Ceico

Physical Appearance

  Ceico is a fairy with a mostly blue color scheme, including he skin and hair. Her skin is a light blue with wite freckles, and her blush turns a purple color. She has short, choppy blue hair what she wears a headband in often. She has cyan colored, bug-like wings on her back.   She is most often seen in he small form which has a doll like proportions and less facial detail. She also emits a blue glow at all times.   Her true form shows more detail in her face, like with her soft nose and yellow monolid eyes.  

Apparel

  Ceico wears a short sleeved, indigo dress that goes down to hip. Underneath she has a one piece, frilly undergarnment that shows from underneath her dress at the neck line, sleeves and thighs. The dress has an equelly frilly ribbon that ties into a bow in the back.

With the exception of her size problem, Ceico is a talented magic user and knows a variety of smells across multiple schools of magic.   She can fly as well as allow other being to fly with her magic.

Ceico was born in a reclusive fairy village in Aurora that was notorious for being extremely xenophobic and unwelcoming to strangers. Ceico grew up isolated from the rest of the Empire and was trained in magic much like any other fairy.   However around the time she hit puberty, her magic started acting up, and she would get sick and cast magic involuntarily. Her parents believed it to be Mana Poisoning and tried to get her treated for it, but it did little to help. One day Ceico used the shrinking spell, the one every fairy is born knowing, but realized quickly that she couldn't change back. Her mana poisoning symptoms seemingly went away, but she was stuck in a small pixie state. Her parents berated her and called her an embarrassment for being unable to cast such a basic fairy spell. They disowned her and told her not to return to the village until she was 'fixed'.   Ceico wondered Aurora alone for a while, quickly realizing how much more dangerous the forest was to a 5 inch tall fairy. At some point she had gotten caught be a large bird prepared to eat her, when a strange deer centaur with long pink hair saved her by shooing the bird away. He introduced himself as Rozehert and asked if she was alright. To her surprise he did not laugh at her stature and situation, and rather was in awe of seeing a fairy for the first time.   As they talked they realized they both needed something from the other. Rozehert wanted to learn magic, and Ceico needed someone to keep her safe from the monsters of Aurora forest, so they made a deal. Ceico would teach Roze magic in exchange for him letting her stick around and use him for protection. For the next 5 years, they did just that, and became close friends.

Pansexual

Because of the secluded nature of her home village, Ceico never went to a proper nasic education school and was simply taught by her parents.

While not a real job, she teaches Roze magic and helps him in his street performing, which allows them to earn money.

Ceico's main goal is to figure out how to return to normal size so she can go back to living her normal life. However this goal is put on the back burner in favor of helping Roze do what he needs to do to get into a mage school.

Growing up isolated from the world, Ceico has found a new interest in exploring and traveling the world. She is usually the one to suggest new places to go and new things to do.   She hates being called 'small' or 'cute', she takes them as insults based on her size and get's defensive about them.

Ceico can be both subdued and bombastic when she chooses, often depending on her mood. If she is excited about something, it really shows, and she becomes very loud and in your face. However in situations she's uncomfortable with, she is more reserved and grumpy and doesn't speak up much.
