Egbert, a bald eagle, is a fearsome winged predator with terrifying beak and talons, he's covered with brown feathers on his body and white feathers on his head.

Personal history
Egbert has been raised by Byron since he was a hatchling, who has trained Egbert to only eat from his hand. From high in the skies he has helped in the Foxwood Archer's hunting, Byron and Wylla often peer through his eyes to survey the surrounding area. Much of the intricacies of Egbert's personality and charm are lost on all but Byron.

Egbert only eats from Byron's hand and that's all he's ever known, Byron is his entire source of survival and attention, which Egbert doesn't hate.
