Niapéla
A riverside town located in the region of the Abakan Jungle and built on the Abakan River. Niapéla is a city-state and a member of the Republic of Orisima. The town is famous for its large export of sugar all over the world.

The town is governed by three elected senators from within the town's population. Usually one senator remains within the town to govern it directly while the other two senators reside in Orisima, representing the interests of Niapéla in the Orisian Senate.Defence:

Niapéla is located on the banks of a small lake connected to the Abakan river and is surrounded by heavy jungle. The town is walled, containing buildings of wood and stone, with a small harbour connecting to the river. Outside the town are multiple sugar plantations that dot the landscape.
