Background
Former bard apprentice turned innkeeper. Tilver inherited the inn from his grandmother, who inherited it from her grandmother… who may or may not have actually known Marna.
Personality
Wry, theatrical, and surprisingly well-read. Tilver loves to tell stories—especially contradictory versions of Marna’s life, depending on the guest.
Quirks
Keeps an “Elbow Book” where guests can write down the strangest dreams they’ve had while sleeping at the inn.
Refuses to renovate the oldest hallway, claiming, “Marna still walks it on cold nights. And I don't spend much time hanging about--she checks elbows.”
Relationship to the Rusted Crown tavern next door: good-natured rivalry with Gallen Verro. They trade secrets for drinks and often finish each other’s lies.
