The Aurora Observatory was established on Egg Island, a small island off the coast of the Barren. It is owned by the Golden Telescope Guild, a Drystian group of astrologers. It was built with the purpose of observing the phenomenon of aurorae, as well as the movement of the stars. It was one of the first observatories to corroborate the existence of the celestial body known as Heaven's Hand.
The observatory has a permanent staff of two, but this swells to eight in the summer months. It is the only building on the island.
Are their telescopes able to make out the details of Heaven's Hand and gain information about its nature?
