High Lord
Appointment
Must come from the household of the current High Lord of that Province or, if no Heir exists, must be named as an Heir Apparent in advance by the High Lord. If the High Lord is unable to name an Heir, the King will name one. If the named Heir is too young at the time, the King will designate someone to hold the title until the next in line comes of age.
