Killa Břadil is an exterminator for the Moulrun City branch of the Jhoutigari. His primary target is Rutas, but he has also been dispatched to handle other encroaching predators.
Killa lost his eye holding off a pack of Laughing Night hunting him through the forest around the city when they were attracted to the surface by a lighting storm. For its replacement, Killa petitioned the Jhoutigari to provide him an Eye of Rusanza — a glass cybereye capable of seeing through the very conditions which undid him in the battle against the Laughing Night.
