Moulrun City is the capitol of Br'rvaGishani, from which the planet's lord and the Jhoutigari operates. It is built on the thickest portion of the continental crust, but still suffers many of the dangers of fresh coral — namely coral quakes and overgrowth.
The city acts as the seat of colonial rule, the center of military power, and a hub for all trading colonies in the local continental region. The heart of the city is its main boulevard, a multi-block covered plaza with storefronts stacked upon storefronts and streets thronging with merchants and scammers alike. If there's something to be found on Br'rvagishani, it will be found here or not at all.
