Jhoutigari Squire

My time as a Squire was spent in the classes of the Academies or in the guts of the machinery that powers the Jhoutigari. I took a good share of knowledge.

I lived amongst the strongest fighters the Pact could muster. Learning their tricks, and utilizing the state of the art training I got myself in top shape.

A major chunk of the Jhoutigari strength comes from it's metaphysical prowess. Through training and tutelage, I focused my time on bending the world around me.

Your assigned Charge was part of the frontline of the Pact's war machine. While you spent your time learning and absorbing the knowledge, your charge expected battlefield experience and combat readiness.

Some units are used in the backlines as support for combat. Artillery, Fireteams, Metaphysical, and Logistical are just some of the examples of auxillary specialized units.

Defense is as critical as Offense, and the Jhoutigari serves in all sectors, including at home. Specialized units such as the Palisade Battalions require squires to help keep good fighters on the watch.

What better place to finds strength than at the forefront of the Jhoutigari's battles. Strength is required to serve at the front, and through your squireship, you showed your own strength.

Support roles are some of the most physically demanding roles in the Jhoutigari Military. Hefty munitions and supplies always need to be moving, and physical strength is still the most reliable way to move something somewhere else.

Serving on the homefront as a squire can be a position full of infrastructure work or providing services to those serving as defense. With access to the amenities of a steady city, you are capable of stretching out beyond just the physical prowess.

The Pact uses Metaphysics in many roles on the front, kinetic snipers, energy-wielding denial troops, and Auric saboteurs just to name a few different roles. Serving as a squire here means backing up your charges spells and learning how they cast.

In the support role, Metaphysics are used in for both troop treatment and protection as well as in conjunction with other units. Being a squire in this role means potentially working with other units besides your own metaphysical unit.

On the homefront, metaphysics is used for threat detection, defense, and extermination of dangerous flora and fauna. Working with metaphysics on at a steady city also gives plenty of time to learn other skillsets.
