Candella
Candella had a long and contentious history before it withdrew to its own shores, well before the Horde arrived on Etheria. After the conquest of Skaleria, Candella was the next target for Hordak's forces, and they fell in 2002. Recently, a new heir bonded with their runestone, the Spirit Ember, and prompted a mass return to the island.
Candellans are heavily community-focused, a trait which has helped them to survive and even thrive in enclaves formed after the Fall. Everyone has a cousin or an acquaintance who can help with the solution for any particular problem, and often is willing to do so for little more than a large meal and a favor.
Thankfully, with their small population and ruined kingdom, Horde Prime's attack on Etheria in 2021 missed Candella, and they escaped without having their people hurt or chipped.
