Isteeria (Ish-tear-ee-ah)
The oldest and densest wood in Esparea comprises this kingdom, resource rich though not densely populated due to the hostile nature of the wood.
The trees are old and the paths wide through this wood and the climate is temperate.
The forests of Isteeria vary greatly in appearance as the seasons change.
From verdant greens in the summer to cozy reds and yellows in the fall, flowers bloom amongst the detritus of the forest floor during the spring.
It is from these ancient forests much of the herbs for making medicine come from this area as does much of the wood used by people all across Esparea.
Temperatures rarely get below freezing in this region and so snow fall is uncommon and short lived, which allows for many herbs and crops to be harvested yearlong. contributing to the overall food stability of Esparea herself.
