The open landscape frequent storms and magical anomalies drew in a crowd of crafters and inventors and the sky ship industry boomed.
As the people of this town continued to build and experiment odd and wonderful landmarks and inventions became the dominating presence of the town.

Architecture
The Buildings in Elliterra are made of a combination of stone and wood, as people from this area find a particular thrill in using unique or salvaged materials. Buildings in Ash'Vitar are also noted for their metal accents and strange metal art works displayed in gardens and on roofs. Weather veins are particularly popular. Large metal pillars and needles are used to catch the lightning that dances across the sky in the thunderstorms that frequent the are, this electricity is then used for magic or to power certain mechanical creations of the people. Magical trolleys run along threads of arcane magic, nearly entirely replacing horses in the cities. in the center of the capitol is a building that towers above the rest of the town fitted with a large telescope the mages use to track the movements of the stars and planets. A large ornate clock tower stands opposite this structure

Located on a large lake on the steppes of the Mountains' Maw range the landscape is primarily grasslands with copses of trees filling the small valleys that form between the foothills
Climate
Windy and prone to thunderstorms as warm air from the bellow bog and Kesh'mhett meets with the cold air of the mountains.
it rains often here but the soil is of poor quality and flash flooding has been known to occur in the region.
Natural Resources
While there are some forests here most of the resources of the are are brought in from other parts of the realm.
However as lightning storms are common in the area it seems to charge and enhance the latent magic of the realms to a certain degree. creating cenotes of magical energy that can be harnessed and exploited. .
Their love of engineering extends beyond airships as great clockwork structures and devices are common place in this eccentric kingdom. magic and science fuse together to create a beautiful abomination of the two.
