Elixir = sweet liquid used for medical purposes, to be taken orally and intended to cure one's illness.

Snail Syrup = adds a smoothness and sweetness. Prepared by passing a stout thread through the shell and body of a number of snails, and suspending them over a dish of coarse brown sugar. Used to relieve coughs and sore throats.

Sacro = involving the sacrum - the bone at the base of the spine.
The bottle states which Magical Creatures the elixir contains the sacrum of - most likely are Owlbear, Phoenix, Worg, or Blood Hawk. The most sort after types are Unicorn and Pegasus - yet are difficult to come by.

Red Coral Power =The fine powder is mixed in giving the elixir the pinkish-red colouring. Red Coral brings harmony, well-being, strength, and positivity to relationships - It aids in ending disagreements, increases passion, and boosts mutual understanding.

White Lily Root = The roots of White Lily has a sweet and slightly bitter yet mild nutty taste. Used for various ailments, including coughs, inflammation, and skin conditions.

Crushed Pearls = Pearl powder improves the appearance of the skin - giving a soft shimmer to the pigment. Used to treat many diseases and conditions, such as convulsions, epilepsy, palpitations, eye diseases, ulcer diseases, skin diseases, or skin lesions.

Lemon Verbena = has antispasmodic properties, and gives the elixir a subtle lemon taste. Helps to lessen these spasms and relax the muscles, lessening pain.

Originally a foul smelling oil simple known as Dragon Scale Oil used for caring for Dragons' scales. Containing snail syrup, red coral powder, White Lilly root, and the Sacro.
First variants, was made by the Dragonborn and the Kobold, who reinvented the oil to suit themselves.
Dragonborn added in incense powder mixed with black powder for the scent which covered some of the noisome nature of it, and it had the bonus of creating a new reaction to their scales. Which incense related to what colour scales a Dragonborn has. While the Kobold do not mind if it still has the nasty odour. Adding only crushed pearls for the shimmer effect.
The tale goes that a sick beggar saw it sitting in a store and thought it was an elixir. That one was an experimental version said to have very rare leprechaun sacrum - not yet labelled. Not being able to afford any medicine, the person stole it and their whole family drunk some. Each were rumoured to have interesting effects - so it goes.
"I heard, that the youngest child regained full health, although their skin was a shimmery shade of green, and could find abandoned or lost money for the next year." "Well, I was told the wife could never speak again, and whenever opened her mouth, only rainbows came out." "It is said another child smelt like burning sandalwood and was highly flammable."
Afterwards the recipe changed to removing the incense and black powder, adding in the lemon verbena nicer flavour and for aiding to digestion. Although not all the unusual side-effects have been successfully ceased.

Red Coral Powder = red very hard crusty patches on skin, scales, fur or feathers

Phoenix = flighty - feel hot constantly - left untreated person will combusts
Worg = aggressive - feet grow in size - howling - craves meat
Blood Hawk = fearless - sudden taste for fresh blood
Unicorn = shy - nails or claws harden - massive pimple on centre forehead - if left untreated will slowly, painfully grow a horn
Pegasus = flighty - nails or claws harden - ache in shoulder blades - if left will slowly, painfully grow a pair of feathered wings
