One Tree Hill
A solitary tree stands on a cliff edge of a hill, looking out over a valley of poppies. There is a strange shadow-type glow inside, that only appears from within the tree in the light of the closest moon.
The strange, mangled, magical tree looks nothing like any others within Esau - although is similar to The Great Naptovis Tree. It has no foliage and its twisted trunk has stripes of black bark, red bark and white bark.
It marks the downfall and following corruption of Moonweaver. Seems to internally glow, like a shadow, when in the light of the moon Kontaaiti (closest) of The Twin Moons.
The Battle held there in the Pelago Islands was bloody and devastating. It ended with the Corruption of the Moonweaver to Hecate Darkmoon - which in turn caused Solandra of The Enduring Ones to become Mania.
The Remembrance Day is known as Hasta Rīz Wēp Fôlan - held on On the 11th day of Saiph, each year, at One Tree Hill. A group of The Moaners come to grieve and wail for Moonweaver.

The Corruption
What caused Solandra of The Enduring Ones to become Mania is entwined with the corruption of her lover Moonweaver to become Hecate Darkmoon.* Solandra saw what The Enchantress Ezmia and other Hags were planning - she tried to stop the corruption.
* Solandra was tortured to bring Moonweaver to the location.
* Moonweaver was trapped and through casting of Eldritch magic by a large group of Hags, became Hecate Darkmoon.
* Solandra became Mania, with sorrow of loosing Moonweaver - and changed her plane to Extraneous.
* Troilus left his realm - deciding to destroy people's old-fashioned mind sets instead of fighting - changed art and tried to remove prejudices - he captured The Fates.
* Acosador stepped into the role of "Destruction" - however does on a smaller yet more harmful way.
* Perdita took to hiding within The Plane of Void, for a long period - and frequently returns there for 'peace'.
* A magical tree grew on what is now known as 'One Tree Hill' in the Pelago Islands.
Downfallen = ruined, fallen, or decrepit - can describe a person who has fallen from a position of power or has been brought low by misfortune.
