Awry: amiss, wrong - away from the expected or proper direction
Hullabaloo: anarchy. ballyhoo - a state of commotion, confusion, or uproar, often characterized by a lot of loud noise, fuss, or angry talk. It can describe actual noise and disturbance or a metaphorical uproar of words and commentary, and it often pertains to something exciting, controversial, or of little importance.

The Awry Hullabaloo Spell sounds like the type of magic that causes simple shenanigans. However, it is more sinister than the name suggests.

It is an Annis Hags spell. It has two parts, which is aimed to cause people to make their own chaotic situations.

The spell does create Shenanigans - but these are small pixie sized creatures known as Jinx Fey. They are chatty creatures, who speak quickly and switch topic frequently - who have a habit of disagreeing with people in conversations, just to be witness to the chaos.

While the Jinx Fey cause trouble in their own fashion with many adults. It is the affect of the spell on the teenagers that causes things to go amiss.

Teenagers are in most counts in a poor judgement phase of their lives. The Awry Hullabaloo spell targets them. They are given one random magical 'power' for a period of 12 hours.

The chaos caused is delightful to any Annis Hag. They just have to sit back and watch what happens ... allow it to unravel as it may.
