Law: Bag of Holding Ownership
In the year 285, the Magi Assembly issued a law; which was adopted by most settlements. This law stated that any merchants/private owner of a bag of holding, if they wished to purchase a second bag of holding, would sign a magical contract stating that they would never combine the two together.
