Guild Master
A Guild Master is a leader of an organization that has power over a certain industry or in certain cases, land. The most notable Guild Masters dwell in the city of Crook Crag and are leaders over the rogue guilds.
Qualifications
They are usually capable leaders who have gathered others to follow them. In some cases, they have eliminated all of the others who would oppose them.
Requirements
They must have a guild to lead.
Appointment
A ceremony with all of the guild members present to swear their fealty to the new guild master.
Responsibilities
They run the guild, planning its operations and making sure all of the members do their bidding. Usually they are engaged with planning how to gain more power, influence, and wealth.
Benefits
Political and wealth.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
If the guild master loses the respect of their guild they can be deposed. Unless they flee they are normally killed.
