The elven capital of Hearthwood.
Government
The Fairy Lord is the monarch of the city, but he still rules the city as a democracy. The inhabitants of the elven woods vote for representatives who all attend the Assemblies every three months. While technically the Fairy Lord has ultimate power, he rarely utilizes it. In times of war he will often make decisions without consulting the Assembly.
Each of the Religious Orders in the city and surrounding lands send a representative to the Assembly
Defences
The elven lands have a standing army of 4,000 soldiers, half of which are stationed in Elodream. These soldiers are split into groupings based on their specialties. The army boasts a unit of 300 clerics that all worship different Chara Spirits.
