Durrumstile

One of the few Settlements of the Age of Spirits that survived into the new age. During the upheaval of the realms at the end of the last age most of the Spirit Cities and settlements were ruined, disappeared into the Eternal Domain, or were swallowed up by the ocean, rivers, or lakes. The city of Durrumstile remained, relatively untouched, although many of its inhabitants went back to the Eternal Domain.   Sitting at the end of Golden River, the city has hundreds of buildings made from stone with groves of trees littered throughout. When the mortal races began to expand and find dwellings throughout Saroya they avoided Durrumstile, for fear of the Spirits that still dwelled there. Of course there were some malevolent Spirits but also some goodly ones. When a terrible storm hit the region in the year 130, mortal races began to flock to the city because of its sturdy buildings and good area.
