Temeillian Bronze
Temeillian Bronze is a very rare mineral with the unique chemical property of increasing mass magically when struck on a surface. This metal gains its name from the race that uses it predominantly, the temmies. It has been used by the metalworkers of this race for centuries, fine-tuning its properties to perfect the creation of weapons capable of increasing more than twenty times in mass in a fraction of a second before returning to normal mass less than half a second after contact with the target. This allows the small light frame of the tems to use heavy weapons that they normally wouldn't.

It looks like basic bronze, with no distinct differences other than a faint hissing noise from its atomic instability.
Physical & Chemical Properties
This material is a non-Newtonian solid, which gains mass when it strikes a surface hard. the harder the strike the more mass it creates. This new mass only exists for a fraction of a second but is a good way to let less muscular fighters use weapons requiring a lot of strength.
Geology & Geography
This metal is mostly found in specific veins, only a handful are known in the entire world. The only known vein of this mineral in the Outlands is directly under Temmie Village, which the tems use as their main weapon-making material.
History & Usage
History
It's known to be first mined underneath Temmie Village at least five-hundred years ago, but the exact date is not known because the terms did not have a written language at that time. It was first used for weapons and armor about two-hundred years ago, which was a bit after written language was used with the tems.
Discovery
It was thought to have been discovered between 150-350 ATGI, but no one knows for sure.
Everyday use
This bronze is expensive and rare, and not used for much else other than militarist and industrial uses.
Cultural Significance and Usage
Temeillian Bronze is not exactly sacred to the tems, but it is a staple product that they use more than any other race on Erozorona.
Industrial Use
Temmies use a process to break open bedrock to mine deeper by dropping a large amount of this bronze down in a cone shape to create big enough cracks to mine open using traditional tools.
Refinement
The metal taken straight from the ground has the property of gaining mass, but is made more powerful with complex tempering, deoxygenating, and compressing.

Weapons, armor, and other types of tools can be created using this metal.

Trade & Market
Almost only temmies have this metal in abundance, so it is mostly sold in Temmie Village and from temmie merchants who travel to The Burg.
