North Gate and Cerc Market
The North Gate is reserved for the transport of goods in and out of the city, it is a gate of caravans and wagons. The North market district stands just inside the gate and stalls and carts also spill out along the road outside of the gate where bargain wares and produce can be found from traders not willing to deal with the hassle of passing through the gate. The market district in the city is strong enough to support dedicated merchants, manufacturers and wholesalers who hire caravans under contract to bring in goods from the Wardland and then sell them to the teeming population of the city.
