Manifesto of the Society of Chiselled Hands
Brought together by a shared desire to bring good into the world, and to honour Tiana's true vision as they saw it, the original members of the Society wrote out a manifesto to inspire the world. Born out of the tail end of the Old Tieran Empire, the Society of Chiselled hands could see the rising darkness of those that believed the Empire's convictions were correct. While very young, and previously persecuted by the Empire, they put out their manifesto to compete with the heinous messages being spread by others.
It goes on to call for all Earth Elementals to instead follow in the true footsteps of Tiana. Caring for the poor and vulnerable, to take on an oath to pacifism and to bring real good to the world. They stated that this world could be so much better if people would put down their weapons, shed their greed for generosity and their judgment for empathy. It ends with a statement reinforcing that the Society fully believed that people were capable of doing so, even if they needed to be guided.
Summary
The manifesto clearly declares that Tiana was the Mother of Peace and Justice, A woman who even faced with an enemy that called her people's extermination kept to self-defensive measures. She called for the end of the conflict with both sides still standing. Not a tyrant who sought to 'correct' the 'mistakes' of nature. She declared nothing of false purity, nor called for segregation of Elemental. She called simply for peace. This was the woman who walked through the wasteland, and brought all the lost and terrified souls she found under her roof. She was a judge of character, not of purity, and she believed in a fair law. One that didn't call for the discrimination against the traits one was born with. Tiana would be appalled by the crimes the Empire committed in her name, for they were everything that she fought against. It goes on to call for all Earth Elementals to instead follow in the true footsteps of Tiana. Caring for the poor and vulnerable, to take on an oath to pacifism and to bring real good to the world.
