Pealham
Government
Pealham is the capital of the Black Hall prefecture and is ruled and managed by an elected government with the highest position being the Lord-Regent, who handles business in Demenia City on behalf of the prefecture.
Defences
Pealham is a walled city occupying a series of steep, rocky hills. Its keep and central tower can see for more than a mile in each direction. and controls a large stretch of the Brawly River, a tributary of the Great River.
Industry & Trade
Pealham exists largely as a market between the Magi Republic and the western marches, a wide expanse of plains that run clear to the Great River.
