Veridian Technologies

Veridian Technologies was a research and development corporation and subsidiary of Schloss Industries. The company's primary focus was research into synthesis technology and advanced mechanical prosthetics. In their later years, the company began development on Project Synthesis, an attempt at combining mechanical autotech with plant biology, something that had never been achieved before. Tragically, the central development team on Project Synthesis was killed when their lab caught fire under unknown circumstances. What little research from Project Synthesis that survived was acquired by Schloss Industries.

Disbandment

Veridian was disbanded after the fire, and it's remaining assets and employees were acquired by it's parent company, Schloss Industries.
