A small elected group called the High Council help make decisions for the city and with other City States Members. Fleet Landing is the hub for the City States Alliance. Members from all major settlements meet in Fleet Landing for the Alliance.

Fleet Landing is encased in two sets of walls. First set covering most of the city except for the outer farm and livestock land. The second set of walls protect the miltary base and City State Alliance buildings. Large military installations cover the harbour from the land.

With the abundances of raw materials imported to this city all kinds of goods are produced.
