Empress Amaliel is a female fire genasi who inherited the throne from her father, emperor Coremarim Edewras Azyrin Melafea about 35 years ago. The passing on of the scepter of rule was accompanied by violent riots (also dubbed The Spilling Riots) from a dissatisfied part of the kingdom’s subjects, which Amaliel snuffed out with swift and bloody justice.
