Dalon was Born in Reigns as the heir to the throne. He grew up with his sister Alison and his father Richard. Dalon was trained to be a warrior and a King. at the age of 16 he was sworn into the royal paladins. He would serve the order most of his life even leading a regiment of the imperial army   at the age of 23 Dalon would have to slay his father and ascend the throne. His father had been killed a coups of years prior by the high priest Jaken. After ascending the throne Dalon would with the help of a group of adventurers would then search for jaken but, would not be able to prevent "the darkest day" when Lolth resurrected. He would defeat Lolth and kill Jaken.   As a ruler Dalon was fair and just actually ending all slavery in his kingdom. As king he would keep the shoes safe from orcish invaders and mend diplomatic ties with other nations. The first nation would be Xing. During a diplomatic mission he would meet Chen Xi the empress of Xing and the two would become fast friends. This is where one of the timelines diverges. Here Chen Xi would see the death of Dalon setting into motion the Rise of Zargon. Chen Xi used a group of adventurers to bring back dalon and reset the timeline. This however had negative repercussions and in this time line an Elf names Branwynn would win Dalon's heart.   During a border raid he would meet an elven woman named Branwyn. The two would become even closer marrying one another. Dalon would have two kids with her. His wedding was never announced to the public due to fear over him marrying an elf. He and Branwynn would be very happy together despite this. Soon their happiness would end as Dalon was killed during a border raid.   Two years passed and he would be resurrected by Chen Xi where his memories would be stripped and she gave him the name Mao. As Mao he would grow close with the empress and even come close to her son. Mao would be sent to Valom as Chen Xi was able to see the death of the Divine. He would take up the Name Angelo Romano. Though this would not last long as a Zone of truth spell sold him out.   While adventuring with the party he would regain his memories of being Dalon. He would confront Chen Xi about this and she would come clean about resurrecting him and using her son as the price.   While the group was in Inferno Dalon would cut ties with Chen Xi and get rejected and exiled by Alison. During this time his only comfort was Burnadette who would help keep his spirits up until the group got back.
