Lemaign
Structure
Lemaign is a feudal kingdom with a few caveats. At the very top of the pyramid of leadership is the King or Queen, who holds ultimate power, but due to the massive scope of their rule they must deign some amount of power to their underlings, who in turn deign power to their underlings. From King/Queen, to Lord/Lady, to Duc/Ducess, to Count/Countess, to lastly Baron/Baroness. Other unique roles of leadership exist within this power structure, such as Guild Masters, who have unofficial power on the level a Count or Baron but manage no land, or the role of Marque/Marquesse, who manage a scope of land equal to a Count or Baron but are always placed on borders at conflict, and thus are granted magnitudes more military power than your standard nobility.
Certain individuals are also given amounts of political power, such as Viziers, powerful wizards tasked with both protecting important areas from magical skirmishes both through force and diplomacy and advising nobility. Like most nations there does exist a warrior caste above citizens, but unlike Palakyria and Ruhksalas, the Lemaigni culture places knights in a much lower regard than others. While knights are above citizenry and absolutely above serf masses, your average knightly steed won't be eating better than entire villages. When compared to other nations and states, Lemaign is the benchmark for the number of serf masses.
Unique to Lemaign when compared to its other feudal contemporaries are it's few democratic foundations. In order to avoid power vacuums and oppression, a landsmeet can be called, which is an event that arises when a member of nobility passes with no heirs or when another member of the nobility seeks to force another out of their position. A landsmeet is a democratic even where any and all number of applicants can rise to the occasion and lay claim to the noble's seat of power. Candidates are given 12 month's time to promote and campaign leading to an election on the 13th month. Whoever has the most votes is granted the position of power with the expectation that they would not abuse their position or attempt to punish their competitors.

Culture
Lemaigni are simple people, rarely blighted with intelligent thoughts and dedicated to their work. Lemaigni culture dictates that a citizen must have a strong work ethic, must ply their trades, plough their fields, and do their work diligently and efficiently. This work-focused culture has resulted in a hardy (if slightly airheaded) people and a very strong and stable economy. While intelligent and nonphysical work isn't seen as wrong per se, people expect it to produce physical results at some point, for example an engineer can attempt to enumerate on concepts like physics and material sciences all day, but until they produce a machine that helps to till the field, they aren't going to be seen as a real worker by your average Yousef, even if they do get paid much better and live a better life.
Your average Lemaigni is expected to act with respect in all regards, especially to their superiors and nobility. Concepts of respect and deference to your superiors, such as speaking when spoken too, seen when needed, input when deemed necessary, and so on and so forth are seen as the 'socially accepted' way of behaving. Breaking decorum in any way is seen as a folkway on all levels of society, even something as simple as a breach of manners in noble court is treated much harsher than in most other places in the world. Additionally, lower classes that act to a standard above them are seen quite favorably, sometimes securing them positions or jobs over people more qualified but more ill-mannered than them.

Public Agenda
Like all nations, Lemaign exists to serve it's citizenry and nobility, providing them the tools and resources necessary to improve their quality of life. In addition, Lemaign serves as the first-among-many in the Lemaigni Union, a military alliance dedicated to abjuring Tasyr and their military campaigns. Lemaign is also a staunch supporter of Nrun in the Ignari-Nrun civil war. Besides this however, Lemaign holds no lofty, worldly goals like Tasyr or Ense.
Assets
While Lemaign may not excel in every facet, Lemaign has a strong foundation that currently supports an an average to above average military, economy, rate of technological progress, trade, and quality of life. What Lemaign does excel in is pure population, as Lemaign is the single most populous nation on Endais. In addition, there are a number of corporations centered in Lemaign that grant the nation certain unique qualities, allowing for greater trade and acquisition of goods from across borders and, in particular, the Corporation Navy of Stonesider Company, a joint effort between the Dynasty of Lemaign and the Stonesider Company and Associates to provide a mercenary navy.
In regards to it's weakest points however, there are several efficiency baulks that cause stymies in development and production, mostly originating from two places, a) Lemaign's dependence on independent merchants and corporations allows for greater exploitation leeway on the part of the capitalist, and b) Lemaign's rigid feudal hierarchy and cultural fetish for nobility and loyalty can cause political strife, allowing for needless use or destruction of resources or in the worst possible case, loss of life.

The denser the population, the greater access to trade goods and security that allow for greater life expectancy. In the northwest you fill find more militarists, while in the south you will find more capitalists.
Foreign Relations
Ense and Lemaign have very little in common, exist on opposite sides of the continent, and generally have no connective tissue in the political world, resulting in a distant animosity but an otherwise unstated peace between the two.

Legislative Body
In any given location, you are bound by the laws and decrees of many varied lawmakers who very rarely interact. At the apex are the Monarch's decrees, which supersede any existing laws and affect every creature under Lemaigni rule, then there are laws decreed by the Lord, which supersede the laws made by those below them, and so on and so forth until you reach barony laws, which usually are specific to the region and have much less draw than laws created by higher-ups on the chain of command.
Judicial Body
To balance the flow of power, the lower rungs on the ladder of nobility are granted greater judicial power than their superiors. Barons and municipal governments are expected to uphold and maintain all and every law to the extent of their power and are given the leeway to execute it in whatever way they see to be correct. Multiple interpretations of a law can be equally valid legally as long as they don't explicitly go against the wishes of the superior.
