The nation of Elves on the Western side of Orphansia. Structured as a parliamentary body split into the Lords and the Maguses.
Structure
The Parliament is Split into the Lords, the body made up of hereditary leaders of the great families, and the Maguses, the body made up of those who have considerable talent in magic as recognized by other members of the Maguses. The King is a figure head and has no actual power in the Day to day of the government.
Culture
The Lords tend to be more conservative and traditional, they like the benefits of innovatio but fear unkowable consequences.
The Maguses lean more liberal, they want to try new things and push the envelope, they chafe at the restrictions the Lords put on them. The King is for interfacing other nations, he despises the Lords and Maguses for their timidness as well as their brashness.

Better relationship with the Dwarves, stop the Dragonborn from wanting to invade, deal with the Jungle.
History
The elves brought the Parliament with them when they immigrated. The Lords have seen only a handful of new families join them, the Maguses on the other hand have seen much turnover. As far as anyone external knows the meetings are very austere and solemn.
Territories
The Seiswaiegn Forest is their creation and their terriritory. As the forest expands so to do they.
Military
While they do not have a large army they have a very competent army. Spearmen and sword and shield are their close up preferences with Bows backing them up.
Religion
Corellon and Sehanine are the chief gods worshipped, though the Prime deities are all accepted.

The Laws are written by either the Lords, or the Maguses, and must be ratified by the other.
Judicial Body
Wandering Tribunals, appointed by the Lords, Maguses, and King. If something needs more authority it is brought in before a joint session of Parliament with the King presiding.
Executive Body
Constables are assgined by the MAguses and are confirmed by the Lords, often times it is a stepping stone to join the Maguses.
