Vuln Ferra is a prodigious inventor and scholar with a taste for the arcane, Ferra has made his home in an isolated research base somewhere in the Achabid desert—a location that’s as much a sanctuary from political intrigue as it is a perfect testing ground for experiments of an… energetic nature.
Officially, he is a man of science in the employ of Sultan Sulaiman XII, valued for his intellect and innovations. Unofficially, few can quite agree on what he is working toward.
One thing is clear to the party: Ferra is interested in planar research and knows a great deal about it. He is also more willing to share this knowledge with the party, unlike Edyrm Holadi. It's also clear he's willing to go to great lengths to broaden his research, much like Holadi. Perhaps they are not so different after all.
Regardless, Fuln Verra has been of use to the party, and vice versa.
