Structure
The Reingin has the highest power, very closely followed by the Roig who is mainly in charge of the military. They are in charge of the entire empire. Each individual town and village has its own leader who makes decisions for their area, but answers to the Reingin or Roig depending on the ask.
Culture
They have four holidays a year that are unique to Shampilz itself.
The Lorvina Festival, takes place in the summer season, honours the leader of old.
