Rawhide Elephants

Unique among the noble houses of Belkar, the fighters of House Glimmerleaf do not fight directly with thier enemies. Prefering instead to fight from the backs of large warbeasts, rawhide elephants. These huge animals are trained and bred for war, standing nearly 3 times the hight of a horse. Each animal can hold 6-8 fighters, armed with bows, javalins and slings. The largest animals even have field balista mounted to thier backs.
