House Glimmerleaf is a noble house steeped in opulence and artistry, its name synonymous with elegance, trade, and the pursuit of beauty. Based in the verdant plains of the northern steppes, just on the edge of the red waste deserts, where tea plantations and spice gardens flourish, the house draws its wealth from the bounties of the land and the silken tapestries of its trade routes. Established during the early 900scenturies ago during the height of the kingdom’s expansion, House Glimmerleaf, once an small independant kingdom centred at Oakreach submitted to House of Aquilar, with the primises of riches and trade. Their banner—a three leaves glimmering against a dark red field—represents prosperity, renewal, and the natural wealth they so carefully cultivate.

House Glimmerleaf is celebrated for its deep knowledge of the exotic animals that live in the grassland steppes and red desert. They are known for thier war elephants, giant hulking beasts , many that are fitting with small platforms for thier fighters. The house's legacy is intertwined with trade, especially in silk, spices, and rare gemstones, and its influence extendssuprisingly far for a small house.

However, not all is serene within Glimmerleaf’s borders. The current head of the house Jigar Greenleaf 's son and heir Demeclese, disapeared under unclear circumstances. There are two more younger siblings, but it is unclear if either of them have what it takes to lead the house in these uncertain times.

Religion

The open plains to the south and deserts to the east make this house devout followers of Helios, God of the Sun. Known for the mudbricks form from the nearby river, they are viewed to be blessed by the sun god who hardens them.

Military

The unique placement of this house along the spice road means exotic animals of all kinds make thier way through these lands. This has led to many of these unusual warbeasts. Though the levies number 450 and fight on foot, there are 20 Rawhide Elephants .

Culture

A combination of strange neutrality. Merchants and coin flow through these lands and makes almost everybody feel temporary, even those who live permanently under thus houses protection.

The wealthy here also collect strange animals, and a families wealth can often be seen in the size of these animal collections and the rarity of them.
