Ragnar Frost

Upbringing

Ragnar Frost was born in Seafall, the son of a fierce fighter who was a member of the Tide Guard Marauders. From the moment he could walk, Ragnar was steeped in the traditions of Seafall’s warriors. His father, a veteran of countless raids, began training him in combat as soon as he could lift a weapon. By the time Ragnar was a teenager, he could wield a battleax with deadly precision and was as comfortable on the deck of a ship as he was on dry land.

Ragnar earned his surname, Frost, during a harrowing winter fight against pirates, where he was wounded. Lying on the deck of the ship after the fight, he was unable to move his fingers on the sail home, with the cold setting in and lost two of his fingers to frost. As other frostbitten sailors faltered, Ragnar’s resolve burned bright, rallying the crew and saving many lives, dispite the wound. The name stuck, a testament to his unyielding spirit and icy composure under pressure.

Now a member of the Tide Guard Marauders himself, Ragnar fights with a brutal elegance, combining the crushing power of his battleax with the steadfast defense of his round shield. Clad in sturdy mail and driven by a desire to live up to his father’s legacy, Ragnar is a force to be reckoned with, a warrior whose name strikes fear into the hearts of Seafall’s enemies.

He was a fearsome warrior during the Siege of Seafall , and was recruited by Ida “Hotspur” Stonefoot to the silver falcons for his fighting skills and ruthless agression.
