Veltian Flame
The Veltian Flame is an organization in underground Veltia. It is Velita's sect of the Order of the Flame. They regularly receive fugitives (mainly those of religious persecution) and smuggle them into Veltia, to hide while things cool down for them. It is hosted behind The Orion Orphanage through a trapdoor in its supply closet. Past the ladder is a hall with the Vicar's bedroom, a kitchen and rooms for storage. Down a set of stairs from the hall is the public living chambers and the altar.
